I proudly wear the badge of a Certified Energy Psychology and Clinical EFT Practitioner, a title I earned through EFT Universe. And I was lucky enough to be part of a workshop led by the amazing Dr. Dawson Church himself! First time ever held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Let me tell you a little about the big change in my life – a journey that started over three decades ago, filled with ups and downs, discoveries, and a lot of learning. I spent a good 17 years working as a medical secretary, a role I really enjoyed. But there was always something missing, like a piece of a puzzle that hadn't found its place.
Then, in 2012, during a time when I was on maternity leave, something magical happened. I stumbled upon something called tapping. Tapping turned out to be this incredible "How To" guide that brought together all the self-help tools and courses I'd tried over the years. It was like connecting the dots in a beautiful picture.
If you are alive - you have challenges, that's life, and it is "funny" how these challenges can make your life take some unexpected turns.
I've learned to set better boundaries, not to worry about what other people say or think, and steer clear of negative vibes. I've become happier, lighter (because I've let go of those "should haves" and "could haves"), and life seems to flow more smoothly. I've also become a better listener to my own thoughts and feelings, treating challenges as opportunities to learn more about myself, and I still get true A-HA! -moments.
Getting certified through EFT Universe was a big turning point for me. What started as a simple self-help tool turned into a full-blown passion. And now I've decided to share this amazing tool with others, to help them discover the incredible power they hold inside.
It's become my mission to help people make that positive difference in their lives.
I truly love what I do, - well - I love watching what people can do themselves, I only provide the tools.
Oh, and one more thing – I'm super proud to be the founder of Whole Health Tapping, a place where people can tap into their own potential for positive change, on their own, - or in one-to-one sessions with me, or in a group, where there is support along the way, from other group-members and from me. So, here's to spreading positivity - and embracing the journey of transformation – one tap, at a time!

I saw this client because of fear of dying when going to bed. It was when Covid was mentioned on the news every day. I then received this text message from the father (which I have been given permission to share):
Hi Christina, yes we saw a difference last night!!
