When I get over this loss, or this pain or this disease? You might wake up worrying about something every single day?
NO! You deserve to be happy now, - life is meant to be enjoyed. So don't wait! Take action now.
With tapping you will find the root of your problems, and in a safe environment, you will be able to gently feel the related emotions and release your inner blocks and limiting beliefs that you picked up somewhere along the way. By choosing to take your future into your own hands, you can tap into an easier everyday life, you will be able to make better decisions and choose what works best for you, not others. After 4 sessions, you will be able to self-regulate your emotions, and by being more emotionally stable, you will find that people in your life become easier to live and deal with, as you become less stressed. You get a better overview of your life and feel more in flow with everything around you.
There are tons of Self-help books, tools and programs. Therapists, life coaches, psychologists. Chinese or oriental medicine, Naturopathy, Hypnosis, Energy work or Acupuncture. All great modalities, but WHERE are you meant to start when you just want to feel better and happier?
You know that you are not as happy as you could be. It feels as if something is missing, and that THIS life you are living now, is not really how you picture the rest of your time on planet earth. You might not have a specific problem, - just "normal everyday-worries", that burden you, and makes you feel overwhelmed, but you are not sure where to start - or how.
We meet as a group online, and we start by noticing our daily thoughts and especially our negative repetitive thoughts. We dig a bit deeper, to find out what's underneath. Often, we will find beliefs behind the thoughts, that are not even ours. Sometimes we find heavy beliefs that we have carried most of our lives, and they become such a big part of who we are, - so if they make you feel unworthy, unhappy or overwhelmed, - angry, belittled, anxious or sad - then this is where you can give yourself some love and support and find what lies beneath.
We tap on any uncomfortable thoughts; we identify your limiting beliefs, replace/ (or re-title the existing) old and outdated beliefs, with newer and more useful ones.
You will learn great tools from Energy Psychology (EP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that you get to keep for life, for your emotional self-regulation.
With this course you will regain happiness, feel more energetic, stop worrying about what other people think and expect of you, and care more about you and how you feel. Through these 4 weeks, you give yourself that love, care and support, that you have longed for, that you might never have had. This is all about you, and the ripples of joy you are meant to spread in your life.
And you won't be taking this journey alone. The support of a group is amazing.

You might have some beliefs that you have carried for most of your life. Some might even be holding you back from making any big changes in your life. But, sometimes you might find, that your beliefs are not even yours! They can come from your mum, dad, a teacher, or someone else. Where did you pick them up? Who taught you? And why are YOU carrying them? With these 8 sessions, you will learn to catch your thoughts, beliefs and habits, re-evaluate them, and update the ones that needs it, and build newer and better ones that support the life you would really like to live,
As you release old patterns, get more energy and become happier, you will be able to set new goals, and enjoy more positive views of your new and exciting future.
Over 8 sessions, you will feel how life becomes easier just because you feel better. You will look at life in a whole new way. It is now you can choose to take a turn off this road you are on - if you are ready for a change?
Loss of a loved one can be so very heavy to live with, and we might feel that we will never "get over it" and move on.
I do not believe you have to "get over it".
Even though you might feel that you are living in a surreal world, without your loved one, and life just seam to go on around you, as if nothing has changed, you can learn to live in peace with your loss, and always carry a loving memory in your heart, but without the "heavy" feeling that can tend to fill your heart and body.
I would love to share some very gentle methods to work on the heavy emotions surrounding your loss. Together we will get to a place of hope, a place from where you can see a different future, and always keep the strong connection to your loved one in your heart.
You work most of your life to be able to one day retire, and hopefully while you are still healthy and financially stable.
But this is not always the case.
Maybe you don't feel old enough to be here.
Maybe you suffer from chronic pain, or pain is sneaking up on you.
Maybe you are not quite sure what to do with all this time? - You used to be so busy.
Now you are dealing with all these thoughts, like what happens as you get older. What if you lose your independence? what if you get bored, lonely or sick?
Together we explore all those emotions, all those what if's and what now, and we tap on pain, weight, loneliness, disabilities, and anything you wish.
It IS "the end" of an era, but more importantly it is the beginning of a new one.
Walk into this new stage of your life with a happy, confident and adventurous attitude, and with a good dose of self-compassion.
